MODERN, WARM, OPEN (HOUSE).......

Our latest renovation project in Portage Park is now complete and ready for viewing.  With a finished area of 3,850 square feet this is our largest renovation to date.  The open floor plan has a free flowing feel and will allow for the adaptation of the space by the new owner.

Designed with simple clean lines and and a variety of materials this updated bungalow has a very unique feel that is not readily available in this neighborhood area or at this price point. Custom touches are everywhere including open shelving in the kitchen, the re-claimed lumber wall of the first floor bathroom and master bedroom suite and the custom exterior cedar fence.

WILSON BUNGALOW WRAPPING UP....

Final items and the job punch-list are being completed this week as this projects comes to a conclusion.  The generous spaces of the open floor plan are multi-functional and will also be adaptable to the changing needs of a growing family.

The first floor office / bedroom 5/ music room (former dining room) is a perfect example of the how one room has multiple functions depending on the end user.  We have installed large sliding pocket doors for this room if it needs to become a more private space.

As we finish up the last items we are preparing the house to enter the home sale market. The house will be listed on the MLS just prior to the hot spring market which generally starts on Superbowl weekend.   We are very pleased with the finished product.
